Congratulations to Zhewang! His paper, “Dph7 catalyzes a previously unknown demethylation step in diphthamide biosynthesis”, is published in JACS. This paper discovers the molecular function of Dph7 in diphthamide biosynthesis and provides a revised diphthamide biosynthesis pathway.
